These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of crownparts.com.au (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Crown Parts (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or the servers or networks that host the Site
- Use the Site to transmit any viruses, malicious code or harmful material
- Use any automated system (for example, bots or scrapers) to access the Site for any purpose without our prior written consent
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time for maintenance, security or other reasons.
3. Product information, fitment and responsibility
We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, part numbers and fitment information. However, variations between vehicles (model updates, options, previous repairs or modifications) mean that a part may not always fit every listed vehicle.
You are responsible for confirming that a part is suitable for your vehicle before installation.
We recommend that you:
- Check all product details, part numbers and specifications
- Compare the new part with the existing part before fitting
- Contact us with your vehicle details (make, model, year, engine and VIN or registration) if you are unsure
The information on the Site is general in nature and does not take into account your specific vehicle or situation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from relying solely on fitment data without proper checks, except where we have made a specific written recommendation based on full and accurate information you have provided.
4. Pricing, GST and availability
- All prices on the Site are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of GST.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We take care with pricing but occasional errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may:
- Contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price; or
- Cancel your order and refund any amount paid, if you do not wish to proceed or we cannot contact you
We may limit the quantities of any products we supply and may refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after you have paid, where permitted by law (for example, for fraud, misuse or obvious error).
5. Orders, payment and order acceptance
When you place an order on the Site, you are making an offer to buy the products listed in your order.
Your order is not accepted by us until we:
- Receive full payment; and
- Confirm acceptance (for example, by sending an order confirmation email or dispatching the goods).
We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. We do not store your full card details.
We may cancel an order, in full or in part, where:
- The product is unavailable or discontinued
- There is a pricing or description error
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised use of payment details
- You breach these Terms
If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.
6. Shipping, risk and title
Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.
- Title to the products passes to you when we receive full payment.
- Risk in the products (including loss or damage in transit) passes to you when the products are delivered to your nominated address or collected from the carrier, except where the law requires otherwise.
Any delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty

- Change-of-mind returns
- Incorrect or non-fitting parts
- Damaged deliveries
- Faulty products and manufacturer warranties
Nothing in our Returns & Warranty policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund where goods do not meet the consumer guarantees.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law:
- All conditions, warranties and representations that are not expressly set out in these Terms are excluded.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of business or damage to reputation.
Where we are liable and the law permits us to limit our liability, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Site, your order or these Terms (whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) is limited, at our option, to one or more of the following:
- The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods
- The repair of the goods
- The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods
- The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired
This limitation does not apply to:
- Any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including liability for major failures; or
- Personal injury or death caused by our negligence, to the extent that such limitation is not permitted by law.
9. Indemnity (misuse and unlawful use)
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us and keep us indemnified from and against any loss, damage, claim, cost or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your misuse of the Site or products
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
This indemnity is subject to the Australian Consumer Law and does not require you to indemnify us for any fraud, negligence or wrongful act by us.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site (including text, images, logos, graphics and layout) is owned by or licensed to us.
You must not copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, sell or exploit any part of the Site content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law for your personal, non-commercial use.
11. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page and will apply from the time it is posted.
By continuing to use the Site after any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
